01 — Who we are

CREAMAN is a creative direction studio based between London and Paris. For the purposes of data protection law, CREAMAN is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiry emails and correspondence may be kept for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain an appropriate record of business communications.

Project-related records may be retained for longer where required for contractual, accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

Technical logs are usually retained only for a limited period, subject to the practices of our hosting and infrastructure providers.

Some of the service providers we use may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, we seek to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.
